Ski and summer accommodation at Chalet Cyclamen-
- Self-Catered Rates (usually commencing Sundays)

The self-contained top/3rd floor comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom summer and ski apartment sleeping up to 6 guests is available throughout the year. Ski season rate from £220 per person.

July and August 2010 395 Euros per week- May, June September, October and November 345 Euros.

The Chalet offers first class self catering ski accommodation out of the skiing season for up to 20 guests in 6 bedrooms, now all en suite on the first and ground floors.

May, June, September to November: €590
July & August: €690
-rates quoted for up to 12 guests with small supplement for larger groups. Whole villa can of course be booked for 25+ guests if needed!

Notes

• Discount available for reduced occupancy, with a 25% discount on second week booked. Last minute holidays often with a discount. Ski weekends and short break skiing trips possible.
  
  
• With the self catered option you need to provide your own linen and towels and ensure that the chalet is cleaned thoroughly after your stay. For those of you who don't want to be bothered, we can arrange mid and end of stay cleaning if required, and can hire out linen and towels - prices as follows:
  
• Bed linen and hand and bath towels-pre-ordered at time of final payment before arrival- €20 per person (tea towels and bath mats are included), payable locally
  
• Midweek and end of stay cleaning available with supplement
  

Terms

• 35% deposit is required to secure reservation with balance due 10 weeks before arrival
  
• Rental payment is accepted by credit card or Euro cheque or transfer in Euros to our French bank account for chalet bookings -unfortunately credit card payments for apartment bookings not possible. If preferred, payment can be made by £ sterling transfer to a UK account or UKcheque using the prevailing tourist exchange rate.
  
• A security deposit of €400 is requested for the apartment with €800 deposit needed for the chalet and can be taken by credit card before arrival, or in cash on arrival
  
• This sum is returned if the property is left in the same condition as found on arrival
  
• A charge of 80 Euros is made for cleaning the apartment and 150 Euros for the first 2 floors of the chalet and end of stay cleaning. If guests prefer to do their own cleaning at the end of their stay, and on the return of all keys, this deposit will be refunded provided the Chalet is left in the same clean state as found.

Chalet Catered Weekly Rates -usually commencing Sundays

Standard Catered Rate from only £399 per adult. New Year week still available including gala New Year's Eve dinner at £550.

Rates include daily breakfast, afternoon tea with 3 course dinner on 6 nights accompanied with unlimited house wines, beer and soft drinks until coffee served.

Guests can have the privacy of the top floor apartment and still enjoy catered accommodation of the chalet and facilities. Rates on request.

Chalet Cyclamen Booking Conditions with 365 Holidays in France SARL

365 Holidays in France SARL and shall include where appropriate its associates and employees. The Client means the person who signs the booking form or who otherwise makes the reservation and must be a minimum of 18 years old. By making such a booking the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of these booking conditions.

Deposits and Bookings. No contract shall exist between 365 Holidays in France and the Client until a 30% deposit has been paid for self catered accommodation and €150 per adult for catered accommodation and a confirmation of the booking has been sent by 365 Holidays in France.

Final Payment. Balance is required to be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort and if booking is made within this 8-week period the full payment is required to confirm reservation. If payment is not received by the due date 365 Holidays in France reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice, retaining deposits and the right to levy cancellation charges. Payment may be taken by credit card in Euros, Euro cheque, or Euro bank transfer. If paying in Pounds Sterling conversion to Pounds will be made at the prevailing HIFX Ltd exchange rate.

Cancellation. Cancellation will only take effect when written notification by the Client is received by 365 Holidays in France. The following cancellation fees will become immediately payable to 365 Holidays in France.

We strongly recommend all clients to arrange suitable travel insurance to cover losses.

Travel Arrangements are not made by the Company and are the total responsibility of the client.

Cancellation or alteration by 365 Holidays in France. In the unlikely event that 365 Holidays in France has to alter or cancel your holiday the Client shall be offered comparable accommodation or full refund, unless the cancellation or alteration is due to forces beyond the control of 365 Holidays in France such as war, fire, floods, strikes, riots, natural disaster, political unrest or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

365 Holidays in France undertakes to book accommodation on behalf of the Client. There will be a Company Agent either resident in the Chalet or nearby who can be easily contacted. The Agent is available to sort out aspects of the accommodation while the Client is in occupancy. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the accommodation is in acceptable order and with adequate equipment, 365 Holidays in France will not accept responsibility for deficiencies beyond its control. The Company shall endeavour not to surcharge your holiday cost. but if surcharging is necessary we will attempt to keep any increase to a minimum and will advise the Client of the adjustments at the earliest opportunity.

The Client must comply with the maximum number of persons allowed to occupy the accommodation. If numbers are in excess of the maximum occupancy, or those agreed on booking. the representative reserves the right to insist on vacating the property.

Self-catered guests - it is the clients' responsibility to ensure that the accommodation is left in a clean condition, with replacement of all breakages. If this is not possible, the breakage should be reported to the Agent and paid for. A returnable security deposit of €700 is taken at the time of full payment by credit or in cash on arrival and will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same clean condition as found. An additional €150 in cash is requested on arrival to cover key deposits and end of stay cleaning. If guests prefer to do thorough cleaning themselves th

If there are any problems about the condition of the accommodation, and any inventory discrepancy if applicable. the Client should contact the Agent/host directly on a number which will be supplied at the time of booking.

365 Holidays in France disclaim any liability for disputes between the client and the local Agents.

365 Holidays in France does not accept liability for any act or default or omission on the part of the suppliers of any service that 365 Holidays in France offers and over whom 365 Holidays in France has no direct control. The Client will be bound by the operating conditions of the suppliers of the other services that make up the holiday. In no event shall the liability of 365 Holidays in France to the Client exceed the price paid for the relevant holiday or arrangement.

Any contract between the Client and 365 Holidays in France SARL shall be governed in all respects by English Law. Only English Courts shall have jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute arising out of or connected with any such contract.
